And while being an individual is important, sometimes it can also be lonely. That’s why we’re inviting you – and the million who share your passion and enthusiasm down to Homestead-Miami Speedway on April 25, 2015.

We’re glad you asked. We may not have a million reasons – but here are five that should convince you not to miss The BMW Event.
5. Some Friendly Competition
Listen – we’re all friends here. Being a part of such a fascinating and supportive community is one of the main advantages to owning a BMW. With that said – the next best thing is proving to everyone else how much better your car is than theirs. The car show competition at The BMW Event is your opportunity to do exactly that.
You’d better bring your A-game though. We’re expecting in excess of 500 cars to show up from across the U.S. Don’t be afraid to get a little dirty – and by that we mean crawl on your hands and knees cleaning every individual wheel spoke, not sabotaging your best friend’s air suspension.
Then again, if you really HAVE to win…
4. Put Up Or Shut Up
You know that one guy who bolted on a muffler to his sister’s 318i and now thinks it’s pushing close to 400 horsepower? Bring him.
Sure, you’ll have to deal with his stories of walking away from Ferraris on the highway, and about how that one time BMW personally contacted him to design an exhaust for the new M3, but we guarantee it will all be worth it when he finds out you’ve signed him and his ride up for a run on the portable dyno. He’ll quickly find out he’s one of only 20 lucky owners who will be able to lay it all on the line for pride and 12-months of bragging rights. All eyes will be on him.
The accumulation of all his lies and fantasies will foam up about his waist, and he will look up and shout “Save me!”
And you’ll look down and whisper, “No.”
3. #NoFilter
Setting up a private photo shoot of your ride takes a lot of time, coordination, and money. It’s no wonder most of us just stick to ‘Gramming our latest mods through our phones. For The BMW Event however, we suggest you…keep it in your pants.
There will be at least one professional photographer wandering the grounds of the Speedway, snapping pictures and filming video featuring every car in attendance. Hey, this will be the largest BMW-only event in the Southeast – you don’t really think we’d leave the documentation of it to a smartphone app, did you?
2. Fact: 10 Stacks
Between the sponsors and vendors that have graciously agreed to participate – there are already over $10,000 worth of parts and prizes just waiting for you to claim them. Grab up as many raffle tickets as you can – you won’t want to miss out on some of these, trust us. It might only be April, but Christmas might just come early.
If nothing else, you can at least score another part to pair with whatever you blew your tax return on.
1. Take Your Place In History
The BMW Event will undoubtedly go down in the books. Its the first event of its kind in magnitude and scope; and something BMW enthusiasts of the Southeast have been in desperate need of for decades. Never before has such a large venue been secured. Never before have so many owners agreed to participate. Never before have we been this excited.
Above all else though, The BMW Event is your chance to say “Yeah, I was there.” It’s your chance to gather and commiserate with friends, family, and most importantly – a special event catered specifically to you and your pride and joy. Come out and join a million of your brothers and sisters on April 25th.
